The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. About Gloria Newlan
I am Canadian from Vancouver and now live and work in Dumfriesshire, Scotand, UK. In 2014, I completed a Diploma in Botanical Illustration at Edinburgh Botanical Gardens and show regularly with Edinburgh Society of Botanical Artists. Two of my native plant paintings were selected for the Flora Scotia World Botanical Exhibition in 2018 and were included in Scottish Plant Lore; an illustrated Flora by Greg Kenicer (Oct. 2018). Exhibiting in SBA Plantae 2019 ,2020, 2022 in London and RBGE Florilegium 2019 in Edinburgh I am interested in Plant Spirit Medicine and native plants growing in my garden and surrounding areas and study their uses for dye and medicine.
